Does support have access to my client information?

Yes. Access to client information is required from time to time to solve support issues. This is industry standard for center management software and our handling of your data is covered under our contractual agreement.  In short, we will not use client information in any way outside the normative parameters of data entry and management. Neither Next Level™ nor its parent organization will contact your clients at any time for any purpose, without your express, written consent. All statistics and data analysis stemming from your client data will first be redacted for the protection and privacy of your clients and organization.

How are clients' private health information (PHI) protected?

Next Level™ provides encrypted end-to-end communication between your Center and clients and no data is stored at the local level or on external devices, making our software compliant with these HIPAA standards. We recommend that your Center familiarizes itself with HIPAA guidelines and takes the appropriate actions to comply with those guidelines.

Is a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available?

HIPAA regulations define a "business associate” as "a person or entity that performs certain functions or activities that involve the use or disclosure of protected health information on behalf of, or provides services to, a covered entity.” As such, Next Level™ can enter into a (Heartbeat International provided) business associate agreement (BAA) with your pregnancy help organization, if applicable. Ensuring your clients’ private health information (PHI) is of utmost importance for Next Level™, and we are committed to working with your organization to meet this crucial goal.

How do I figure out which version of Windows am I running?

  1. Select the Start Windows icon button > Settings > System >scroll down to About . Click About

  2. Device specifications > System type, see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.

  3. Under Windows specifications, check to see the edition and current version of Windows your device is currently running.

How do I disable/manage popup blockers on the Chrome browser?

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More. Settings.

  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.

  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.

  5. Click Pop-ups and redirects.

  6. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked.
